Sizing & Fit
Find your size.
Each product page includes garment measurements of our pieces laying on a flat surface so you can find your ideal fit.
All of our tees are pre-shrunk Premium Cotton and keep their shape & fit after washing.
Care Instructions.
We recommend machine washing (cold) with like colors and inside-out on a gentle cycle. Make sure to tumble dry on low or hang dry to preserve the print and fabric quality. Avoid bleach and heavy heat drying - do not dry clean.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy.
Each piece in our collection is produced in very limited quantities. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges. Please take care to review all measurements and sizing details before purchasing to ensure the best fit!
Returns are only accepted if:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The hang tag is still attached.
The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
Once the tag is removed, the item is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Due to our small-batch production, some pieces won’t be restocked again - please double-check your sizing/measurements before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sofiecollective@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship out from our studio within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes - Local pickup is available. Select “Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll coordinate via email to schedule a time. We will hold your order for 14 days, and if a pickup isn’t scheduled by then you will be refunded and the item(s) will have to be repurchased. Our studio isn’t open full-time, so pickups are by appointment only.
Limited Edition & Authenticity
Each order comes with an authenticity card verifying its edition and drop - a certificate of originality.
Once a collection sells out, it may not return…
Order Issues
Changing or canceling an order.
Once an order is placed, it can’t be changed due to the limited nature of our drops. Please double-check sizing and shipping info before placing your order! You can cancel an order before it’s shipped out by emailing us at sofiecollective@gmail.com.
Lost or delayed package.
If your order hasn’t arrived within a few days of the estimated time frame, contact the shipping carrier first - they’ll have the most up to date tracking info. If it’s still unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes.
